What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, business name, what you need, and anything you add in the notes field. Nothing else on this site collects personal information. We do not set cookies and we do not run analytics that identify you.

What it is used for

One thing: contacting you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If you become a client, your contact details are kept for as long as we work together and for our required business records afterward.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf. Their handling is covered by their own privacy policy. No other third party receives your information from this site.

Your choices, including deletion

Ask and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email atyourservicedigital@gmail.com or call (650) 380 9995. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the contact details above for any request.
