This website describes the services of At Your Service Digital. The content is provided for information. It is not a contract, and no engagement exists until both parties approve a written plan.

Results shown

Case study figures on this site are results reported by the named client for the stated time period, published with their permission. They describe that client's outcome. They are not a promise of what any other business will experience.

Engagements

Services run month to month unless the written plan says otherwise. Either party can end an engagement with notice at the end of a monthly period. Work product ownership, including full ownership of websites we build for you, is stated in the plan for each engagement.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text and images, belongs to At Your Service Digital or the clients who permitted its use, and may not be republished without permission.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, At Your Service Digital is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Liability within a client engagement is governed by that engagement's written plan.
