Day 1
The call
Twenty minutes. You describe the business and what is not working. We tell you what we would do and give you a real number. If we are not a fit, we say so on this call and it costs you nothing.
Week 1
The plan
One page. What we will do, in what order, what it costs, and what we need from you. You sign off on the plan, not a long contract. Month to month from here.
Weeks 2 to 3
First shoot and setup
We come to your business and shoot. Accounts get cleaned up, the website work starts if a site is in scope, and the first content calendar lands in your phone for approval.
Weeks 4 to 8
Running
Posts go out, messages get answered, the site build progresses on the week by week schedule. You get one short report at each month end and a call if anything needs a decision.
Weeks 9 to 12
Read the numbers, adjust
By day 90 there is real data. We review it together, keep what worked, cut what did not, and set the plan for the next quarter. If you are not seeing value, this is the natural exit and we make leaving easy.
What we ask of you
About an hour a week in month one, then less. Approvals happen from your phone. If you go quiet we keep working from the approved plan rather than stalling the whole engagement waiting for a reply.
